I know Le Méridien Beach Plaza well, and I’m a huge fan! They always know how to surprise you, in the best way. For summer, Muse Monte-Carlo (which I told you about last year) is back in a new format. Relax, it’s even better.
A quick reminder for anyone who missed my last article on this address, which is only open for the summer: The address that tells the story of the South. We meet again in the shade of the pines at Le Méridien Beach Plaza, facing the Mediterranean, in a 100% Riviera atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, the decor designed by Studio Adjamée sets the tone: pale wood, natural materials, lush greenery and open sea views come together to create a true summer retreat. It’s beautiful with your eyes closed — can you picture it? If not, just look at the photos!
This season, Muse reinvents itself around a new concept: The House of Summer. A place to slow down, have lunch by the sea and enjoy one of the most beautiful atmospheres in Monaco. On the food side, I still love this generous, Mediterranean approach blending Italian, Levantine and Riviera influences. The menu celebrates seasonal produce with fresh, colourful dishes. Between the lobster linguine, the cacio e pepe trofie with summer truffle, the pan-seared sea bass fillet or the sun-kissed desserts, everything invites you to linger over lunch.
Another welcome surprise: the new weekday lunch menu (except in July and August), which includes a starter, a main course and a glass of wine for 29 euros. An excellent excuse to turn a work break or a lunch with friends into a true seaside escape.
As evening falls, Muse changes mood and becomes a private-hire venue for events, brand launches or bespoke evenings, set against an exceptional backdrop between the pines and the Mediterranean.
