You know my strong attachment to Spanish culture and more particularly to the Madrid Movida. So when Laurence from the Metropole hotel offers me to meet Rodrigo de la Calle, I did not hesitate! My first interview in Spanish! I loved that ! First of all because Rodrigo de la Calle knows how to put at ease by his simplicity and also because I returned from Madrid where I could taste his cooking!

A star of his first Michelin star since 2011, he created the concept of a “green revolution”, developing his menu in a more radical way – based on fruits, vegetables and mushrooms, using animal proteins as simple seasonings. Rodrigo de la Calle now has four restaurants around the world. His secret: regularity first and foremost! It is his collaboration within Joel Robuchon’s laboratory since 2014 that brings him today in the Principality to the order of the restaurant Odyssey for the summer period. The culinary pop up of the summer as happens every year at the Odyssey!

You can enjoy iconic Spanish dishes such as paellas, gazpacho, sangria or choose the version more restaurant with a menu of 15 dishes served in 5 times to discover the vegetable flavors of the season. Everything will be embellished with little stories around the dishes. We salivate already! Beautiful evenings in perspective!
