This is one of the addresses that pushed this summer as I told you on my back to school ticket: GAIA, the modern tavern to authentic Greek cuisine with a contemporary approach.

Imagined by the culinary experts Chef Izu Ani and Chef Orestis, the GAIA’s menu is fueled by flavors and memories. Blending traditional flavors, fresh produce and the simplicity of home cooking, each dish celebrates the essence of Aegean cuisine, catering to cosmopolitan cuisine. With a harmonious approach of flavors, carefully prepared plates, each dish complements the previous one in order to create a gastronomic experience at each visit. Iconic dishes include freshly baked bread, exquisite Greek salad, roasted feta cheese, sea bream carpaccio and succulent goat cheese, followed by traditional Greek desserts.

Until now GAIA was open only for dinner … but from November 15th, it opens its doors at lunch time from 12h to 14h! The Chef will offer in addition to the menu dishes of the day.
