It was in Paris the first time I experienced brunches. I was with friends who had expatriated to taste the Parisian Life. We were all students and Saturday night was party ! I found ideal this formula ‘Sunday brunch’ after a long sleep ! I always keep it and in Monaco there is a nice choice for brunch on Sunday and especially during summer !
SUMMER BRUNCH du MONTE-CARLO BAY
Located between sea and lagoon, on a terrace facing the sea, it is an exceptional setting ! At the Las Brisas restaurant, Marcel Ravin, the Executive Chef of Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel, offers a myriad of flavors, colors and emotions with Caribbean and mediterranean tones, all accompanied by a ‘rosé wine’ at discretion (98 euros). PINK SUNDAY du FAIRMONT HOTEL
Located on the Terrace on the top floor of the Fairmont Hotel, it is at Horizon-Deck that we can experience this “delicious and refreshing brunch” in all conviviality ! A breathtaking view and a rich buffet with the summer flavors. The little extra that I love : the live music and the Kids club! We have the choice between the formula ‘rosé wine’ at the discretion (82 euros) and ‘Rosé Champagne’ (99 euros) !
