I first met Élise Barraja backstage at TVMonaco’s Ça va l’faire! — she’s a fellow columnist on the show, and I’ve always loved her segments. She talks about nutrition in a way that never makes eating well feel like a chore. So when she told me about her new project, I wanted to know more.

A registered dietitian-nutritionist for over 15 years, Élise spent more than eight of those running her own private practice in Nice. These days, she’s building something different: a fully personalized nutrition program, delivered at home.

She shows up with her own equipment for a full body composition analysis — fat mass, muscle mass, hydration, visceral fat, basal metabolism, measurements, the works. Then she takes the time to actually understand how you live: your diet, your activity level, your sleep, your stress, your goals.

From there, she’ll go through your cupboards with you, teach you how to actually read a label, help build a shopping list, come up with simple meals you can realistically cook during the week, and even coach you on eating out or staying on track while travelling. The whole point isn’t to hand you a new life — it’s to fit good nutrition into the one you already have.

And she doesn’t stop at weight loss. Athletes, pregnant women, children, teenagers, seniors, people managing diet-related conditions — she works with all of them.

She’s also currently developing a program for professional athletes alongside private chef Michaël Coston, built around four pillars: nutrition, tailored cooking, performance, and recovery — designed to give athletes, but also clubs, agents and support staff, a coherent food strategy around both training and competition.

Agathe’s little extra: What I love about Élise is how grounded she is. No miracle diets, no guilt — just observing, understanding, and adjusting. And there’s something I find genuinely valuable about how available she is: four home visits a month, a body composition check-in at every session, and WhatsApp support seven days a week.

At the end of the day, Élise isn’t just showing up to talk nutrition. She’s coming to see how you actually live — so she can help you eat better within that life, not around it.
