I love this time of the year ! Feast, family, friend: everything is concentrated! It shines, it twinkles, it sparkles! And above all, it gives the E N E R G Y, the one we will need to start the new year, especially if we have made a resolutions’ list.

Before wishing you a happy new year, my best wishes…, I would like to give you a last 2017 address, ephemeral, in the Principality, the “CHALET NORDIQUE”! At the Beaumarchais Square. A chic place to have a break : you can sip salmon, foie gras and oysters accomagnied by champagne or white wine. SO CHIC !
