The little brother of Maya Bay restaurant, already a favorite: we were excited about trying it : MAYA JAH was born just one month ago ! 100% INDIAN FOOD ! And everybody rush to go there !

Before even tasting the dishes, we fall for the interior design and its refinement : the oriental craftsmanship has been honored with the creation of a sumptuous central room whose designer YAYHA DESIGN has had the chic of combining with furniture with current and purified lines.

They are Patrick JOUIN and Sanjit MANKU who signed the interior design code of the place. By the way, they also realized the Plaza Athénée of Alain Ducasse and the restaurant of Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental both in Paris.

There are two atmospheres, one in the white and gold tones, the second red for the seat and black for the bar. Great DJ in the evening ! The details are refined and the terrace a big luck !

Let’s talk about food now !

The Chef : Ravinder NEGI makes sublime traditional recipes with the desire to create and surprise the guests. His pedigree : native of northern India, he has gained his culinary experience in the renowned IDDC Institution in New Delhi and within the OBEROI group whose reputation is no longer to be made.

The menu : timeless recipes from different areas of India with of course the unmissable curry, tandoori and so on. A discovery of the flavors thanks to the secret of herbs and spices. The lunch package is at 18 EUROS and very good price quality ratio as usual.
